I hope by the time you've awakened this morning you've realized that you are alive and that this, all things considered, is a good thing. Tomorrow we will discuss the return of your equipment. And two days from now you will be exactly where you were, with the slight exception of not being able to come visit me at the Estate for wine. This too is alright, I will have some sent down to you.

I've decided that there is only one way to bring lasting peace to our nations. I look forward to discussing it.

To save time, peace between our nations can be secured if the Council reinstates the initial Peace Accord. We do not wish war, as I have already made plainly clear. We do not wish your destruction. Any war waged between our two realms would be one you cannot possibly ever hope to win. Turn away from the path of folly and just reinstate the peace. Retract your violent rhetoric.

I also wish the equipment you stole from me under the guise of the law to be returned promptly. Very promptly. I fear I will be even more displeased than I already am if you keep me waiting.
