It is known the prowess of some of your fighters, that they are among the best around. I am Colara, Headmistress of the School of War. I would like to organise a grand tournament between our two cities - Our best fighters, against your own.
The rules of this tournament are simple. We fight each other at our best, as we would in true combat. Magical spells and devices are allowed, so long as they are your own. Spells and devices which may harm the crowd, such as gasses or explosions will not be permitted. Outside interference will not be permitted. The battles will be until the other is no longer able to fight. There will be no killing.
