O was at the goblin fortress quest died respawned died again. then later I respawned and found out my stuff was gone (even stuff equiped) and confirmed oocly no one took it ig. So basically I lost 3 weeks in 1 hour.

This has happened to me in the past where the pack doesn't drop. The best thing the DMs could do was give me some money to make up what I lost.

Did you die in a QA and respawn a a few hours later when there was nobody in the QA and other groups have taken the quest?

No I didnt respawn 3 hours later.

Please answer the rest of my question and include how long after the second death it took you to respawn.
