No Seekers will accept the the Grimy Map quest given by a crazy duergar in a cave at the Seeker's Hall, even though we are directed to the Seekers.

There is no Spellguard Agent to receive the delivery from the Herald's Office. Mind you, I didn't bother talking with animatrons.

There is someone to accept the grimy map, you just have to look for them.

Since the Seeker have reintegrated their hall, the friendly Ascensionist cultist should go there!

Correct, it's not a Seeker. Last time this was reported, somebody pointed out the NPC would be easier to find if you're new to the server, and a lot harder to find if not. I have to agree with that. That said, the NPC should be relocated again.
