Let this serve as notice of my interest in joining the ranks of the Sanctuary Watch. I am a monk in the service of Deneir. My order, the Carmendines, are an adventuring arm of the faith. We seek out and protect knowledge, and it is for that reason that I wish to join the Watch. As Sanctuary's primary defenders, your ranks are all that protect the history of Sanctuary, Dunwarren, and the many scholars who dwell here, from destruction at the hands of the terrors of the Underdark.

I am highly capable at the disabling and disarmament of foes, skills which are directly applicable to the enforcement of Sanctuary's Laws. Additionally, I am well versed in the subtler art of communication, which in these trying times I believe will greatly benefit the Watch in assuring and informing Sanctuary's citizens. Lastly, I have on many occasions been assigned the guardianship of various learning institutions and expeditions, experience which I believe will relate well to the Watch.

The Watch needs good men willing to step forward and protect our people and city. We've lost a few good men lately which makes it even more important to keep our defenders numerous and strong.

Come by the Watch House as you can, and speak with any watchman. You will need at least two recommendations from serving watchmen but I don't judge this a hard task.

I will keep watch for you as well. Hel protect you in the meantimer.
