The Order of the Spellguard would like to take a moment to set the minds of the Citizens of Sanctuary at ease.

Two days ago, the Order suffered a cowardly attack by a group of Drow.

Citizens are urged not to panic. The Drow were repelled, and are in no way connected to Traensyr as a whole. They are not the vanguard of a large invasion force.

While they were repelled, the Order suffered a great amount of damage, which was isolated to the lobby of Serena Tower. In order to have the Tower available to the public again, as soon as possible, we have withdrawn many of our defenses back to the Tower, to aid in restoring it as quickly as possible.

If another threat should arise to Sanctuary, the venerable Order of the Spellguard will be as always, ready to serve Sanctuary's citizens. We would like to assure all Citizens that our defenses will be restored to their proper place, protecting Sanctuary, as quickly as possible.
