The six fingered lich is most likely either the creater of the knukle bones or the current wielder of them. A book can be aqquired at Mur that speaks of the lich. These kunckle bones are extreamly powerfull artifatcs that we at one time had a number of held by people within upper and lower. The drow can and threatened the city and so we gave these artifacts up. Would only figure they are now used against us.
