Mr. Reynolds,

I have been named Regent of the Montezzi realm by the Prince before he departed on state business. I will meet with you, and you've my solemn assurance that you will not come to harm should you descend to speak with me on matters of diplomacy. Should you not trust me, you may wait until the Prince returns.
