Would the killing of a cleric, of your own god, cause ire of that deity? Or no more so then the killing of any cleric?

In addition, would the killing of a faithful by a cleric of the same deity have similar effects? Loss of ability for example..

I ask because I am trying to remember that there are a spectrum of gods, and lesser gods, who's base of followers may be large or small.

And on the same token, there may be those same gods who have countless followers and might not care as much about those situations.
