Somedays ago I have been hearing the Boggs conversation several times while being at an entire different location. I think everytime someone did it (which is quite a lot). Well, it didn't happen again after a few relogs, but today I have seen the fight logs of someone else, it even showed exp I got, but it didn't add up. Still disturbing. Don't really know if it's a bug, it never happened before for me though.

This has also happened to me. No xp though, probably because of my lvl.

This can be linked to the issue of PCs showing up in other people's vaults. I had hoped that was fixed now...but maybe not. Haven't heard of this issue happening this often though.

I had this happening a few days ago, when the character Roger Lannes was in my vault.
