True demands of the cowardly Shadow Tribe, as decreed by the slimy, misbegotten Throx Claw 4th of Ches, 1375 DR

In exchange for the continued vapourous alliance, dwindling metal supplies, as lava drives us from our den of black bile and slavery, and the gift of seeing your innocent children playing in the streets, only to fall in a puddle of blood and wailing agony as their legs are sheared off by kobold traps, and not to be forgotten, the general filth the Shadow Tribe has offered Sanctuary all these months and years, the Shadow Tribe threatens to deal only with Montezzi if the following demands are not met:

1. The right to secretly bring in vicious child-butchering kobold infiltrators to the Shadow Tribe Fortress at any time without warning to the Sanctuary Town Council or the Sanctuary Watch.

2. The right to grant invader passes to any and all kobolds and vile underdark mercenaries who pledge allegience to the Shadow Worm, and therefore the Shadow Tribe, without warning the Sanctuary Town Council or the Sanctuary Watch.
