Unanimous Decree of the Council: Release of Candidates' Criminal Records Candidates running for the position of Councilor shall have their criminal records made matters of public record and formally published by the Office of the Herald upon their registration as a candidate.

This applies retroactively to all candidates already enrolled for the upcoming Alturiak 151 election.
