Backstory: We were on the New Dunwarren DM Quest that was recently announced. The group had several paladins in it. Kedrick, obviously, is no Paladin or a Cleric.

Luke had died as we pushed into the Fortress, and we had freed the slaves and the priest we had come to save. I found several scrolls in a chest and I had thought Howland had placed a raise dead scroll in there to bring Luke back. So, at the first opportunity I dashed back to Luke's corpse which was some distance away.

When I arrived I attempted to use the scroll I thought was raise dead. I actually failed my UMD check twice but on the third time I was successful. That is when this happened.

It is at the point where Kedrick says, "I'm so sorry Luke! I'll fix it!" That he and the others proceed to kill Undead Luke Danger.

give me xp from your character sheet please.

Also, it's hilarious you attempted to use the scroll three times with UMD, without knowing what it was.
