Letter to Mr. Barlett

Mr. Barlett,

I am most interested in the engineering hammer on your flier, if you still have it. Is it possible to have you please hold this item till we can meet?

My appreciation,

Aerianna Serias

Miss Serias

I'll hold it. Customer satisfaction is my mantra.

Bartlett

It has come to an unfortunate state that another bid has been made for this object, and I replied to your letter first merely because it was just on top of the other letter.

Thus, in all fairness, I'll have a bid off for the item in question when I can arrange a meeting of the three parties (you, the other customer, and myself). Whoever bids the highest will be awarded the hammer, but whoever does not will receive the exclusive rights to purchase the next such hammer at twenty five below the stated cost, three hundred gold. I will also make attempts to retrieve this object even sooner. Again, my apologies, but above all things I am a fair man and strive to do fair business.
