HOUSE MONTEZZI NOTICE

As per the desires of the Prince to forge a prosperous trading hub, a new establishment in the Port Montezzi district will soon be opened.

This will be an inn that will cater to the sailors, traders, mercenaries, travelers and adventurers -both foreign and local- who pass through the burgeoning district.

As a sign to the city that we intend to share the opportunities and profits to be had and made in the future of the region, House Montezzi is currently accepting applications from residents of the city -including citizens of the Upper Republic- for management of this inn.

The applicant chosen by the House must recognize the rule of Prince Rinaldo Montezzi and furthermore accept his ownership of the business. Beyond this, however, the chosen manager will have relatively free influence over the running of the inn. Duties involved will include setting up the inn, hiring staff for the inn, coming up with a name for the inn, organizing events at the inn and producing an inn atmosphere worthy of a great Dark Lake port. Funding toward this will be provided by the Prince if the ideas presented are pleasing to him.

Any profits made by the inn are received by the manager as his own, with no dues needing to be paid to House Montezzi at all. Managers therefore have a vested interest, like us, in seeing the inn become successful and attract customers to it and by extension, the Port.

Applicants are required to first contact the House so we may show the inn premises to them. They are then to submit their ideas to House Montezzi within two weeks for review, or find a member of the Court to discuss the proposals in detail. The applicant who presents to us the most convincing vision for a new inn will be chosen as manager precisely two tendays from hence.
