Suggestion: Pickpocket.

I think that Bioware's default Pickpocket skill is broken. Having maxed pickpocket skill and picking the right targets (low spot), you can theorically spam the skill and steal things you shouldn't be able to.

What I propose is something more plausible (to not say realistic), and restricting the objects you can steal by weight (nothing heavier than 3.0 lbs) and unity (only one unity for stackable items).

A successful pickpocket attempt could as well 'disable' the skill for a considerating amount of time (say giving a penalty of minus (modified pickpocket rank) minus 10 (or more), for a few in game hours, to discourage spamming (if he tries, he will probably get caught, due to low skill rank).

We've got some Pickpocket modifications in place. I can't recall exactly what they are, although they're along those lines; Crosswind can provide more details.

All that be implemented. I put forth shitty code, and Arkov translated it into that which did not suck, and now you're weight-limited and can't steal for a while afterwards.
