The name is Gerrard Merrimar, and I'm as much a man of business as I am a man of action. My years of experience as a mariner have taught me it's never a bad idea to have a couple potions of healing close at hand if you expect trouble, and I reckon you face trouble just about every day down here. As such, I am prepared to provide your men with potions of the healing variety, moderate type, at the low price of 35 gold each. I'll stop on by as soon as I can to pick up a business license, if they're required down here, until then I'll do my best to restrict my vending to such places as aren't public enough to bother anyone.
