Bolgar Bruteaxe now stands for Council Candidacy! Bolgar Bruteaxe intends to strengthen Sanctuary's military capacity, ease up on regulations on trade and create a more free market, and strengthen our ties with all our current allies. He intends to make it easier to find residence in Upper, and start new enterprises of business. He will also put a heavy preassure on the Montezzi and on Lower, and on those who would deal with slaver races or dark forces. Sanctuary will not again fold over to the preassure of thugs.

But above all, Bolgar Bruteaxe does not intend to continue the lazy and incompetent work of the current Council. He will be a voice for strength, integrity, and backbone on a Council which all too often has lacked such.
