I Brish Undt Shall be running for council. Here is what I shall do if Elected.

1 Make sure Sanctuary and Montezzi dont erupt into a war our rescources should be about defending us from the real threat in the underdark not with house montezzi.

2 I plan to lower taxes and have our city generate funds through variouse fundraisers allowing citizeins to pay less when paying for taxes.

3 I plan to make all my trials public to the people and not behind closed doors so that citizeins ensure all trials are fair.

4 I plan to instill laws adding the following crimes.

Capitol

1 Torture -the blatant abuse and/or misstreat beyong a normal assualt. what warrants torture as a crime are

1 Loss of Limbs

2 A person repeatedly beaten after he is already down.

2 Desecration of the dead involving but not limited to. Burning cutting or desecrating a corpse in any should be considered a capitol crime.

3 Infernalism -The summoning of a demon or devil

I find it a hipocrasy that legally I can get stoned for summoning a zombie yet I can legally be mad man infernalist and summon as much creatures from the nine hells as I desire.

5 On Trade I plan to encourage trade with the shadow tribe kobolds. I also wish to continoue trading with the good dwarves of holdfast. as many non slaving settlements as possible would be good.

6 I plan to specifically make use of all abandoned buildings to either use or be sold or rented to citizeins. In particular fredrick hall is a junkpile just sitting their. This will definetly be good for increasing council founds.

In an Attempt to raise money for the city and cut taxes here is what I propose.

Tax the Adventurers.

To long do citizeins artizisans and property owners pay taxes while adventurers pay nothing. I ask adventurers about the election and about where their taxes go I often get :What Taxes?" I plan to make a change on this by taxing adventurers on what coins they have. To ensure adventurers pay 10% of their earnings as TAX. To ensure all pay fair amounts. With a tax on adventurers taxes on citizeins and property owners will go down.

Watchmen Spellguard Agents and city officials Would not get taxed as such.

Vote Bris to raise coins and lower taxes Vote Bris that encourages solutions to her methods rather then just saying them and being lazy once in office.
