Letter to Harrison of Lower [DM]

Mister Harrison,

I would like to make you an offer. I realize that with the Montezzi in Lower, and the recent evacuation of the Canal that times must be hitting you pretty hard. While I am disappointed that you originally decided to set up your business in the Lower Ward, I am willing to overlook that and grant you a second chance.

I am willing to send my men down into the Lower Ward to assist you in relocating to the Upper Ward on the following conditions:

1. You pledge loyalty to the lawful government of Sanctuary and the Council.

2. That you obey the laws of Sanctuary.

In return for those two things the Marching Men shall assist you in your relocation as well as providing you with a place to set up shop. In time, once funds are available, we may even go so far as to assist you in building a real forge. However, that will be another topic to discuss.

You are free to refuse this offer and remain in the Lower Ward. You may drink unclean water. You may stand next to slavers as they enter in through the Canal. However, I would not anticipate much more business unless you wish to sell to Drow, assuming, of course, they don't decide to simply enslave you and force you to work for free.

The offer shall stand for as long as you'd like.

Signed, Kedrick Reynolds Grand Marshall of the Marching Men

Kedrick Reynolds,

You're nice to make the offer, but I've decided to make Lower Sanctuary my home for far too many reasons to state in one letter. I must reject your offer.

Harrison
