[A few notices bearing the following are posted about Sanctuary, especially in Upper, Lower and New Dunwarren]

Being a skilled gem miner and gem connoisseur, I am most interested in all things concerning them and because of my interest, I would like to find information on how I may acquire a finely made pickaxe to assist me in my mining and secondly any information on the whereabouts of a gem mine or suspected gem mine would be most appreciated and those who give such will be paid handsomely.

Anyone who have gems for sale should also find and meet me, I am interested in nearly all manner of gems, rubies above them all and would be willing to purchase them.
