In the Examine description for the Old Laws of Sanctuary billboard:
"Public Nuissance: imprisonment and/or fine"
"Nuisance" is spelled with one "s", not two.
Also, all of the laws suffer from lack of capitalization after the colon (example, "Theft: imprisonment + fine" should be "Theft: Imprisonment + Fine").
Another spelling error:
"If the presiding Councilmembers disagree on the best judgement, a majority vote will determine the punishment".
should change to
"If the presiding Council members disagree on the best judgment, a majority vote will determine the punishment".

Judgement is completely valid if you're going by proper English, and not that bastardised American version.

This is an IG issue not an OOC So state Ig that its dispelled and not expect the dms to oocly fix it! Hell maybe its a specific FOIG reason its misspelled. Infact this person just revealed a huge major spoiler.

Councilmember, Council-member, and Council Member are all suitable variations.

Spelling errors are OOC unless the author is dyxlesic.
And whether a letter following a colon should be capitalised depends entirely upon the context (in this case, it shouldn't).
