I think You should petition the council to allow Kirix to take residence with you. There's precedent seeing as there's that goblin. It would help him by getting him out of lower. Consider it, please.

It is known Izzyrick Greens resides in the Mausoleum, but he is completely restricted to the Mausoleum grounds. He cannot leave unless it be for an emergency of some sort I've yet to witness.

While Kirix may be safe in Upper or in the Mausoleum, I do not think he will be content. I will speak with him personally to see what troubles him and see if the trouble might be handled in a different manner.
