Plans to rebuild the House of Light are coming along smoothly. Be it noted that we've decided to employ the skilled builders and craftsman of Clan Stoutheart to make the necessary changes and repairs. Also, it appears that our membership numbers will be good, and our funding sufficient to pick up where we left of before this dreadful event.
A few thoughts, I would like to meet with you about acquiring a few more house amulets, as they will need to be provided to those members who will be promoted to members of rank within the House. Also, these mundane keys for the civil defense league members who will be taking up the task of guarding the house should be provided to me as well, at your convenience, as Sergeant Greyward and I have come to the agreement that I should choose and charge the league members specifically who shall have access to the private areas of the temple.
Also, I have taken down the portrait of your late mother, may her soul rest peacefully in the realms of the Gods, as it was damaged beyond recovery in the fire. I would be willing to have another comissioned, if it is to your desire, and you have only to send me word if this is the case. Though if so, I'd like to display it in a location safer and more tamperproof in the future.
