It seems when your confused and subdued by a PC. You can stand up and automatically start attacking the nearest person, or just wander around aimlessly due to the effects of the spell.

Seems reasonable. Your body is under the control of another while it is conscious, why not while unconscious? It would seem easier, actually.

If you keep beating down people when they're subdued spell effects go away.

Did Confusion hit before or after the target was subdued?

Before the target was subdued I believe.
