I have recently been approached by a dwarf named Narvil Decker who seeks to gain a recommendation for the Watch. He was an active associate until approximately two months ago (about when I joined the Associates, so I still know little of him personally). Now, he would like to further serve the city as a dwarf of the Watch.
Previously, he worked with the Watch during the execution of a criminal as he was burned by the New Dunwarren gate to control the crowd, and even helped to deter two assassins immediately after the execution commenced.
Similarly, he was present and helped to battle against the now-captured criminal, William P. Danielson in an attempt to save the life of Agent Kinsraye. After her death, his quick talking prevented the death of the citizens nearby.
Lastly, during one of the numerous attacks on the Canal Ward, Mister Decker fought bravely alongside the Watch in deterring our foes.
