Perhaps there could be a few wealthy patron NPCs to improve the ambient feeling of the Grotto's "high society club".

I 2nd this having more wealthy named npcs in general would add more flavor to the server.

I noticed a good number of NPC's in the grotto last I visited, perhaps this has already been implemented in some form...?
