Ah, Xinderixes Mardukan. Some of you may remember quests relating to him in early as alpha alpha, years ago. He's sort of been this tragic NPC - an evil lich with dastardly plans, but he always fumbles terribly and whenever he tries to fight adventureres, he gets his bony-rear kicked, only to inevitably return because no one ever managed to quite find his cunningly hidden phylactery.

A sad day for weak liches and their armies of undead, slaadi, and orogs. A sad day for most of the giant north shores too. The exploration XP hunters will have to swim through molten lava to get their 30 XP a pop per area.
