Citizens of Sanctuary,

Many of you are aware of the Confederacy which has existed for these past months, between the Families Archibald, Lavenza and Falkland. This was to be a grand experiment, in which those of Noble birth banded together to ensure that the greatest good was done by our collectively pooled resources.

However, it came to naught. I was willing to lend my name to this project of Lavenza's out of a genuine desire to see her plans succeed, as Lady Liza proved to be quite hopeful of the potential for the great good we could achieve. However, this confederacy has floundered. It has become nothing but the collective infringement upon my name, and men in order to lend credibility and reliability to the project.

It is in light of the failure of Lady Lavenza's grand vision, that I hereby disband the Confederacy. No longer shall the name of the Archibald Family be employed by well meaning, but incapable hangers-on.

House Archibald stands strong, and independent as it was meant to. We are here, to continue our protection of the City, as we have done for over one hundred and fifty years.
