Dark in and Dark out, you deal with the problems of Upper, New Dunwarren, the Canal Ward, and the various factions that reside in the realms. At times your and you go without thanks, this saddens me great my Lord.
I wish to reopen the Gambling Hall, my Lord. I seek your permission and your blessing before acting within your realm to secure the Gambling Hall from the disorganized and filthy Dirty Nancies Gang.
After securing the Gambling Hall from the Dirty Nancies Gang, I wish to rebuild the Gambling Hall, turning it into a place where your court and you can come to relax. Private rooms for your court and you would be provided my Lord, for whatever pleasure your court and you may seek.
I would like also to develop the property, bring in a few levels for a proper and lavish Inn. I would also like to bring in a fine chef, to ensure that your court and you, and all of Lower Sanctuary can taste the finer things the underdark can provide, and a masterful bard to spin tale after tale to entertain your court and you. A games master, so if your court and you where to feel the need to play games of chance, your court and you may do so. I would like to bring in a brewmaster, one that would brew only the finest of drinks for your court and you, and ladies, ladies of such beauty to serve your every command.
I do not wish to assume that you would provide your own guard to the establishment, but if needed I could bring in security to guard this fine establishment against so called ruffians.
My Lord, I do not seek your coin in helping develop this establishment, but my Lord should you decree a bountiful assistance know that all of Lower Sanctuary will praise for bringing wealth and prosperity to all of Lower Sanctuary citizens.
