Dunno how good this offer really is, but the if you are going to aid the City of Sanctuary in some problems lately in the Canal, they are prepared to offer reinstatement to the City of Sanctuary and 1% of the budget (for this council term at the very least). Send a letter back and I'll forward it.

The free people of Sanctuary can always count on the Seekers contributing to their safety and security whether funding would be provided or not. Yet, as you know, the free people’s funding from the Council would be welcomed for our operations. If the Watch ever needs information pertaining to this threat, you know you only need to ask. In the meanwhile, we Seekers will continue with our proactive operations.
