I have rented a small place in the residential district, the kind Ma and Pa have given me their lodging which will serve as my new shop for the time being.

I am also hiring treasure-hunters and those that know how to make alchemist fire, tanglefoot bags, etc. etc.

Also any scroll makers and potion brewers are welcome.

Anyone who can brew alchohol would also be welcome, a tavern is something I would like to eventually invest in.
