I have spoken to councilor dentra, and crowshire of my intent to place a statue in the canal ward, at the top of the hill leading out of the city, of umberlee. I understand that there is a muddle of many religions here in your fair city, however i think it prudent to have some sort of tribute to the bitch queen in the canal if you intend to tread into her domain. This is not a attempt at extortion or bribery, but as a messengar of her words i can soundly proclaim the damage done by her wrath to those that donot. Many a port town have dried up and trading has ceased due to the unability to properly acknowledge her power. Even this far down the waters and winds are under her control councilors. I would be willing to console you on a proper tribune if you have the time and can almost ensure safe waters and winds for your city in future trade agreements. A response can be left at the siren where i frequent.
