Speaker Theon Arnen has now become the Caretaker for the Dead in Lower as well as Upper Sanctuary.

All people are encouraged to bring him the recently and past deceased, along with their names.

If the body cannot be recovered, any know information about the dead will be appreciated.

A building will soon be selected in which the Caretaker will act out his duties, it will be introduced to the populace as soon as it is known.

His duties in Upper will not diminish as they will not in Lower as well.

All able bodied men and women with a duty to warding off the Undeath are encouraged to join the Eternal Order and assist him in his duties to protecting the people of Sanctuary.
