Letter to the Council

I'm very concerned about the conduct of one Agent Jacob Noble. A few darks ago I passed into lower in an ultimately failed attempt to prevent the Montezzi from burning an innocent woman alive. When I arrived Jacob Noble was reciting poetry for the Montezzi as the woman burned. Such actions not only fill me with disgust, but also reflect extremely poorly upon the Spellguard's already tarnished reputation. I hope something can be done about this.

Mister Hornraven,

What in the hells do you expect the Council to do? How about this...

We'll strip him of his rank, force him to physically clean up the streets, and then make him sit down with an Ilmateri to make him more sensitive to the feelings of others. Afterwards, we'll give him a medal for realizing that it would have instigated a WAR between Sanctuary and the Montezzi Domain if a civil servant had made an attempt to enact our own laws on land that does not belong to us. In addition, his presence and the show of respect puts us one step closer to a peaceful resolution.

As reprehensible as Agent Noble's act may have been to you, his inaction saved lives, and his show of respect to the dead is honorable, at the worst. Let the dead have their honor, let the living grant it, and let the personal lives of our civil servants remain just so-- personal. When Agent Noble actually commits a crime, meaning that the Council can do something about it, we would greatly appreciate any assistance in correcting this heinous breach of duty. Until then, I'm sorry, but there's is nothing we could possibly do, barring outright mockery of justice and fairness by incriminating a legally innocent man.

Councilor Dentra

Mister Hornraven

I dont know what any of the other councilors have said but ill look into it although it would help if you could give me more details about the incident such as whether he was in uniform or not.
