Please remove the subdual mode where if you are hit enough you are somehow disrobed/armor taken off.
This makes no sense ICly.
People hitting you to take your clothes off makes no sense, and is really just frustrating to somenhow ICly explain it. Especially when its spells that did it.
Its really immersion breaking.
A /c yank_armor would be good as well.

I think it is the easiest way to remove their clothes while subdued.

Relinquish...before you say something silly, read the full suggestion. The OP understood this, and came up with a BETTER suggestion that beating the armor off of someone.
Why do people read a suggestion and look for reasons to knock it down, rather than consider it as an actual valid idea? It can be really draining to make suggestions to improve the server only to meet the wall of "well, its like this for good easy reasons, why change?"

I read it completely, And I still prefer beating them up to remove the armor. Do you want me to right a paragraph restating what he said so you know I read it next time?

, and came up with a BETTER suggestion than beating off someone.
In all seriousness however,
Isn't yank armor already scripted?

I think the OP makes a logical and fair point. If you're slamming someones face into the ground multiple times, it makes no sense for their armor to magically pop off. If you intend to strip them of their armor, then hitting them with a flail in the face a few more times doesn't make any sense either. If you're removing their armor, it would be a logical idea that you walk over a type a one line command and then emote doing just that.
I would then ask, do we want the command to remove the armor from their inventory? Or do we just want to remove their armor from their person? Personally I'd be content with just removing the beat down armor striping script.
Yank armor is not scripted on its own. You can yank all of their equipment, which works just fine, however it doesn't remove the random issue of their armor falling off them after they get their arse kicked.

Having been caught in multiple fireballs during a cross-fire (everyone was on subdual) suddenly being naked and scorched was rather hilarious. Those fireballs have wandering flames.
Some people may just be trying to make sure you're knocked out to Blackout/Concussion before they start stripping you. Which already has you stripped, so they didn't even need the command. So it may not all be 'beating them off'.

I like the suggestion myself, with the added bonus that such a command could possibly have a time delay built into it. Let's face it, stripping the plate armor off someone isn't going to be instantaneous.
Being a scripting ignoramus, is that possible?

I thought this command already existed, and already had the scripted delay built in.
