Some citizens of Old Sanctuary have recently complained about the inactiviness of their government as to the actions of the Montezzi agents. They claim that Montezzi have broken Old Sanctuary laws, while, in fact this is untrue. True, however, is that they themselves have broken laws in the realm of his Highness Rinaldo Montezzi.

Therefore, I find the prospect of any debt owed or revenge necessary from either government ridiculous, as the conflicts between the factions who offer the complaints and the House of Montezzi have been resolved outside of your borders.

I hope you will realize this, and will not do anything which might mar the relations our two governments currently have.
