The council has been importantly discussing the budget of a new greenhouse for the Spellguard, which has passed in spite of the Montezzis wholesale murder on various streets that may or may not be in your city.

I say your city, yet again, because I leave it and its crippling bureaucracy now. I may return when your leaders are not all calling for talk when they need seek retribution.

With a flash and a flutter, she descends into the city streets. Some people think they spot her on her way out of Sanctuary, disguised in a commoner's rothe-wool robe.

A tired-looking Councilor Dentra puts up a few small public notices regarding the facility, all stamped and sealed.

The Sanctuary Conservatory

In the coming weeks, the city will begin an exciting new project-- the Sanctuary Conservatory. It will provide many functions, from a public greenhouse to a public laboratory for alchemical research and experiments! Citizens will be able to use some or all of its facilities for menial costs. From here, the minds of Sanctuary will bring forth new and exciting creations to steer us into the next era of technology and innovation.
