Letter to the Council

Esteemed Councilors,

I have been paying visits to the grounds of what was once known as the School of War, and I'm disappointed with its state both in regards to the physical ruins and the lull in activity in the arena. I'd like to know about the current state and facilitators (if any exist) of the School of War, and volunteer my services to rebuild this once fine establishment that in previous times trained any and all citizens in the ways of disciplined fighting.

I look forward to your reply.

Signed, Rudera Arrick

Mr./Mrs. Arrick,

Firstly, I apologize for not being able to decipher your name as masculine or feminine. Despite my brief studies of names and cultures, I still fail to correctly ascertain the sex of some names. That aside, I am pleased to hear that you are interested in using the facilities of the School of War. Currently, Councilor Redd either simply runs or is the proper owner of the School, I am not sure, but I do know that while you wait to gain Councilor Redd's audience (he should be easy to find, tucked away in his gallery) you are free to begin using the facilities. Successfully hold an event or two, and you will be much more likely to gain the privilages of being Headmaster.

Additionally, seek me out. I have a proposal that you might appreciate.

Councilor Dentra
