Councilors of Sanctuary On a recent scouting mission to the Lizardfolk city of Slaal'teesh we came across the trappings of a horrible crime. Sacrificed slaves by the dozens, perhaps as many as a hundred. Word from the Blue Mushroom is that there's been increased Lizardfolk activity along the Dark Lake. The Lizardfolk are looking for Sanctuary and to this end they've placed a bounty in Fort Mur asking for information about the city. We know they require a vast amount of slaves for their barbaric rituals and it would make sense that they aim to come to use us for a source of fresh bodies. This cannot come to pass, and I humbly request permission to pre-emptivily strike at their docks and shoreline structures so that we can destroy their infrastructure of war and end this threat before it has truly begun. The Tigereyes working in concert with citizen soldiers would lead a mission to bring fire and flames upon the city of Slaal'teesh and quickly resolve this conflict.

If the council wishes a discussion with me as to my plan then I am more then willing to meet for a full briefing with individual members or the assembled council. The city cannot stand to wage a war with both the Drow and the Lizardfolk, by acting against the weaker foe and taking them out before the Drow unify we will have a chance to shore up our defenses again. I wish for an expedient response, we must strike surely and swiftly before the Lizardfolk informers amongst us learn of our plans - and our location.

Could you please give advice or any further information about the Lizardmen docks and ships? Perhaps we can simply lock them in their plague-infested land and be done with it, though I also have interest in their naval capabilities.

With all due respect, your Company is presently under investigation for widespread organizational misconduct, corruption, and involvement in criminal activity. Considering the current situation, I have my doubts about whether you are in a good position to be conducting an independent military operation on behalf of Sanctuary. Furthermore, such an operation clearly falls within the jurisdiction of the Seekers, an organization trained to operate outside our borders without drawing outside attention back to Sanctuary -- something the Tigereyes have been unable to effectively do.

That said, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally about these matters, and hear your side of the story. We cannot allow such a grave threat to Sanctuary's security to be overlooked on account of jurisdictional issues and tangential investigations. I believe that, working together, we can formulate a compromise plan that will serve to both satisfy those concerned by your Company's tarnished reputation, and put all of the city's expertise and experience to work to deal with the lizardfolk of Sslal'teesh before they grow into any more of a threat than they already are.
