Tailor's Shop

TheaDers This may be silly, but from a girls perspective, it would be cool to be able to see what clothing looks like on your character before you buy it. Same with armor.

DeputyCool I totally agree with Thea, a wonderful bonus would be being able to try on armor, and clothing before purchase. Perhaps even being able to see what dyes would look like.

Though not a necessity, I think this may be something that adds flavor to the server. The prefab “A Tailors Shop” available on Neverwinter Nights Vault or something similar may be a perfect solution.

Wholeheartedly I thus agree with this. :D

Voular likes.

Awesome.

Agreed with on my end, as long it doesn't hog your guys' server resources. :)

^-- And that was me, grr.

Ah, that was you!

... So who is you?

'Twas really me. :?

My computer doesn't seem to want to log me in, but I fixed the problem!

Especially the ability to preview dyes would be awesome, since it's hard to tell what will look good and what will not with only the name of the colour to work with.

Like Wrexsoul said, the previewing of dyes would be great. I like the idea.

Clothes, dyes, armor. I agree on all. Nothing to be hated more than to see some clothing that would look awesome on your character, but it looks awful; or you not liking how something looks in the buy window, but then if you had bought it, it would look awesome on your character.

Cool, but instead of headless guys to see armor, why not make an armor stand creature? You can find some sort of link on NWVault to it and they're in CEP somewhere. I'll find a link later maybe.

Thats cool and everything, and would rock, but it requires a hak for the armour stand(I believe) nightfire except Haks blow chunks. so a headless model would be a better option in my opinion.

Night fire to my knowledge what your suggesting can't be done without a hak. Anyway I think maybe a "silver" man could be a metal model of a man.

Though an unlikely material to make a mannequin from.

Actually I have seen metalic style manicans all over the place in real life. I just think something with a pink stump would look a little silly and barkskin can't be added because it would go over the item of clothing. So a metalic look wouldbe fine for a maniquin. Its the only colour that would'nt look as much like skin.

Real life, 21th century. Less likely in a pseudo medieval/renaissance setting.

The skin tone can be set to dark brown, I'd hope, thereby simulating something close to wood. And the metallic "skin" looks far too unnatural in my opinion to be a viable option.
