you might remember me from a previous talk, my name is Paige Madeline Saint and I ave currently taken up te business of a merchant. It was brought to my attention that as such, I could, or should acquire a license to allow me to do my trade more easily.

I hereby apply for a license and ask if I could purchase or otherwisely be given one (I also inquire about the price or condition it would take me to get such a license), I was told a clerk would be the right person to talk to. I can be reached at the Grotto.
