The Spellguard continues to pursue and harass Sabah for minor crimes, despite the charges being dropped. Is there any way you can inform the petty tyrant known as Agent Semaj, again, that they were dropped prior to you leaving the watch?

If he still pursues Sabah for the two charges, Unnecessary Magic use and Assault, then I'm able to do something with it. If he's come up with something different, I suggest you take it up with Private Danger or Sergeant Von Asch.

He claims that he wishes to arrest her for the minor crime of not submitting to a lawful request, so that he can check on the charges and process her for the aforementioned crimes, you stated.

There are no laws against not submitting to his whims. Tell Sabah that she should ask the Agent when he approaches her to take her with him to the Watch house and hear with the Watchmen regarding this matter. If he refuses to do that, he has no reason to attempt to arrest her on that basis, as he is not making a reasonable request when he refuses to clear the matter up with the Law organisation which dealt with her crimes, and he ignores the written attest that she has paid for her crimes, from the former Watchman who dealt with it.

Hand this letter over to Sabah and let her keep it with her until the Agent comes back to her. If he still refuses to reason, take the matter up with the Watch and tell them that the Agent should be charged with Public Nusiance.
