Many nervous beggars read the notices and are seen mumbling in agreement with one another as several make way for the sewers. Others, who would be called SCABS by their peers, begin to speak of potential employment, and prosperity under the new rulers of Lower Sanctuary. Opinions amongst the locals remain very mixed, but it is generally one of resentment and fear.
