[letter to Svir]

I found this today while looking through the catalogue. It seems as if we were somewhat mistaken about procedure for civil court.

Civil Courts Two citizens, representing themselves or opposing groups, willingly submit to the ruling of the court in the matter brought before the judge, a volunteering councilor.

Each party, independently, explains their position, including why they seek help from the court and what their desired outcome is. They are then allowed with the judge one private statement each after hearing the others' position.

The court's ruling, lacking the support of three councilors, may not alter the code of law or change the title of deeds.

Parties submitting to a court willingly that do not abide by the court's ruling shall face capital punishment.

Currently, this is being handled as a criminal case. You may switch over to a civil case only with the consent of the defendant.

Councilor Dentra

the letter is quickly penned, in blood. It is written in an elegant hand Councilor.

He can be held accountable either way, but a Criminal trial may be best for justice to prevail over this twisted individual. I have been attempting to speak to him, but he is extremely difficult to get a hold of.
