Females of most monstrous species do not fight, and are oppressed and used by their male masters. Kind of reminds me of American politics. :lol: However, I find it unlikely that female monsters would be attacking you, unless you attacked their kids. Do trolls have kids? Hmm....
Just... Imagine it!
A lot of the monster models are gender-neutral and lack genitalia - nor do their descriptions necessarily imply masculinity, so there's no point in making a whole extra set of spawns with the same stats/classes but "FEMALE" in front of the name.
Besides which, most savvy gnolls females would try to hide their gender.
