To whom it may concern,

Word has reached me that the Library Curator in charge of the writing contest, Jacelyn Cheval has left this plane of existence. As it happened, I was the winner of the contest, and was therefore afforded a prize of gold and a staff position in the Sanctuary Library. I was never able to meet the deceased Councillor to claim my reward, and am now at a loss. I wish to know if I am still entitled to the gold reward and staff position, and if so, who may I meet with to receive either or both. I will collect a response at the Last Stand.

Unfortunately, the Library is not a function of the city of Sanctuary. If you wish to receive your prize and position, you should seek it there.
