To whom it may consern; I am a resident and citizen of Upper Sanctuary, who would like to move to and permanently settle in the Canal Ward. How would I go about procuring a dwelling of some kind in that place, and who would I talk to? How much would it cost? My funds are fairly limitted, and I would not be able to pay the rather outrageous prices demanded for large properties in Upper - all I want is to rent a small room or two.
