Right, how does this work on Animatrons and constructs?

Is there any visuals that go along with it, like a Kossuthan Priest going, "Be destroyed foul metal hunks of Iron!" And Flames surround the animatron and destroy it.

Or is it just dismantling it?

I want to say it's just a critical system failure that incapacitates them, but I don't know how that flies with the rest of the team. <.< Obviously, golems are not going to be suffering from any system failures.
