Poetry by Sugrin

By sugrin-

I once saw a beautiful woman, her sensual curves delightful smile, Captured my heart in the best manner. I offered her wine, she accepted tinkling laugh, We spoke and smiled, flirted and laughed together. She fluttered her glorious lashes, her radiant hair catching my eyes. Her skin soft velvet, her eyes a glorious hue, Her tears the same as dew. Ah Velvet, ah Velvet, why did you break it? Ah Velvet, Ah Velvet, Why did you break my aching heart? You called my voice fine, your voice sultry and coy. Be it in the Stand, sipping Cerise Red Wine, Or in the streets of upper, with people fine. You still walk in upper, your beautiful form alluring. You still walk in lower, past pains open and bleeding. Past pains seldom forgotten.

A World Trouble-Free

This world could be so trouble-free If we keep rules easy to see We all would be healthy and smart If we listen to wisdom with our heart But we must be taught to freely give To share this world in which we live listen to words from those who know Or we will sink far too low We need to return to the golden rule These are things that we should learn in school

There could be so much done today If people wouldn’t go astray And use their money with good sense To build a bridge and not a fence To use their time and give it freely For those of us who are most needy To live with hope and not in fear And keep your loved ones very near If all of us could only see The world could be so trouble free

Sugrin the Bard

Sugrin the Halfling Bard: courageous and brave. Fearless he fights, jumping into the fray with large scimitar in hands. For no cave is too dark or too deep for Sugrin! Pray

you foes of this little knight! No large brute can stand against his might! With magic and song, you've no chance against Sugrin the cute! Beware those who threaten Sugrin and band.

But behind the fierce halfling is a soul so kind. With sweet words and compliments so bold, Sugrin's voice makes you feel warm and whole. Pity we did not meet him long ago!

Behold Sugrin: unstoppable and free! His presence are moments full of pure glee!

Written by Sugrin:

Dawn is Lost, the light Forgotten. Dawn is lost, her smile never seen begotten. Darkness closes in, a friend is lost. Darkness Closes in, I am torn with loss. A friendship Lost, Urogalan Praise, A friend is lost, may we mourn her loss.

The Sun she sought, with hope her heart, The Sun She sought, with friends she carried. The fight she battled, was one of Freedom. The Fight she Battled, was that of life itself. Her friends shall mourn her, Her friends shall hold her memory, Let all Remember, Myria, the Seeker of Dawn.

Her ideas shall be lost- Her name forgotten But she will always be remembered by me. A smile in the dark A firey beacon A friend to speak with And hope, made joy. She dispelled my fears With encouraging words. Let all Remember, Myria, the Seeker of Dawn.

Dedicated to Myria, A beloved friend, and Warrior against the Montezzi.

Good bye, Myria, Seeker of Dawn.

A wondrous world:

I come into this world, with smile and hope in my eyes. I see the flowering plants, the grey roan dyes. I see the happy figures of my kind. And I am content.

I see the world forever changing Adventure forever there Hope and dreams forever pleasing And I feel a go along with them

So I go, with scimitar in hand, To make friends, and smile along with them To share the jokes, to cry and grieve. I travel this Wondrous world with hope in my eyes, And friends by my side.

I come to this town, finding despair. Friends forever dying, betrayal evident. Greed in the air, hope in the ground. Power in the grips of few, and Joy hidden.

Beauty is here, but it is hidden beneath sorrow and pain. Beauty is here, why not let is come forth, and let it shine? Let loose your tears, and laugh along with friends To take part in this wondrous world.

Let's talk over a bottle of wine, And tell each other we're just fine. We'll laugh together, and Cry with each other, For in this wondrous world,

Friends are everything.
